When reporting problems, please include the following information:

• Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
• Which version of Windows are you running (Windows 98, Windows 2000, etc.)?
• Which version of Flash Optimizer are you running (to view which version of Flash Optimizer you are using, choose "About.." in the Help menu)? Please include the entire "version" line in your problem report.
• If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.

If you do not get your Flash Optimizer full version in a timely manner or if you've lost it, please Send E-mail to. Please include your name, address, email address, and order confirmation number (if you have it). We will be happy to help you.
