Why does Flash Optimizer work only with SWF files
, but not with FLA or EXE files,
sometimes it could be really helpful?
It is not possible today, since FLA format is a closed Macromedia
copyrighted format.
Why do the files optimized by Flash Optimizer can
be played with flash player 6.0 or above only?
As you may know that the optimization fuction is introduced
and brought out with flash player 6.0, all the older version
of flash player, say 4.0 and 5.0, do not support the optimization
arithmetic, they can not understand the standard arithmetic
of compression and optimization, since Flash Optimizer is
designed according to Macromedia's standard optimization
rules, so the optimized files can be played with flash player
6.0 or above only, please be informed.

After I select the files, the optimized result says
"already". No any action at all. What's wrong?
The Flash optimizer works well. Not all the swf files can
be compressed by Flash optimizer because they have been
compressed by some tools. Flash optimier can not compress
them again. Other third party tools can compress them again,
but it will cause movie quality lost.
